I appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the ferry port. It was only a short walk of approximately 500 meters. the room was spacious, with a lovely view of the lake and the eastern shore. the staff were excellent. They were professional and genuinely warm. closing the balcony door effectively blocked out any traffic noise from the lakeside road.
the reception desk's limited hours were a slight inconvenience, as it was only open from 8 am to midnight. a 24/7 reception would enhance the hotel's accessibility arriving late or needing assistance outside those hours. this would provide a better overall service.

the hotel is situated right by the lake, it offered a fantastic view! good access to restaurants and boats to major cities is available. a slightly busy road is between the hotel and the lake.

The room had a sensational view of the lake and Villa del Balbianello in the distance. The staff was very friendly, and they were cute throughout my stay (. I enjoyed the underground parking. It kept the car cool. I also found restaurants within easy walking distance.
The breakfast was fine, but i thought the orange juice tasted a little like sunny-d.
